Theresa was asked to transform another
old classroom chair into a work of art for
Marygrove College in Detroit, where she
received her Master’s degree in 2003.
Students, staff and alumnae were
chosen to design and donate their
artwork for the school’s "Have a Seat"
strolling dinner and auction again in
2007. The event also commemorated
the college’s Founders' Day.
Her chair’s auction price of $125 will
contribute to general support for the
college, including scholarships, cultural
programming, and field experiences for
students.
